Read Across Connecticut is a Connecticut Education Foundation (CEF) initiative designed to inspire a love of reading while promoting unity, inclusiveness, and diversity in classrooms across the state. Through engaging resources and real-world role models, the program encourages students of all ages to see reading as a powerful tool for learning, creativity, and personal growth.
Developed in alignment with Read Across America celebrations, Read Across Connecticut provides educators with ready-to-use, inclusive literacy materials that connect reading to representation, perseverance, and joyful learning experiences both in and beyond the classroom.
